Malwa Annual Diwali Night
BiJhar was honoured to be invited by the MCA team to the Malwa Annual Diwali Night, held on 11 October. The evening was filled with warmth, joy, and the festive spirit of Diwali. The gracious hospitality extended by the President, core members, and founder members of Malwa made the occasion especially memorable. Guests enjoyed a vibrant cultural programme that beautifully reflected the richness of Indian traditions. Being part of the celebration strengthened the bonds of community and reminded us of the connections that unite us. BIjHar looks forward to many more meaningful collaborations and joyful celebrations in the future.
Diwali Mela 2025 – Singapore Sindhi Association
BiJhar was honoured to attend Diwali Mela 2025, organized by the Singapore Sindhi Association on 19 October 2025. The vibrant celebration brought together the joy, colour, and cultural richness of Deepavali. Filled with festive energy and community spirit, the event beautifully captured the essence of the Festival of Lights. It was a memorable occasion that celebrated tradition, togetherness, and the shared spirit of the Indian community in Singapore.
One Community Fiesta – Deepavali
BiJhar was delighted to be part of the One Community Fiesta – Deepavali, Festival of Lights, organized by Mountbatten CC IAEC. The event beautifully showcased the rich traditions of Deepavali while celebrating the unity, diversity, and vibrant spirit of the community. Filled with joy, cultural pride, and togetherness, the fiesta offered a meaningful celebration for everyone. The occasion reflected the true essence of Deepavali and spreading light, harmony, and happiness across the community.
Marwari Mitra Mandal(MMM) Diwali Ball 2025
BiJhar was delighted to attend the Marwari Mitra Mandal(MMM) Diwali Ball 2025, hosted by Marwari Mitra Mandal – Singapore. The evening beautifully brought together culture, music, and community in a joyous celebration of Diwali. The mesmerizing performance by the Hum Sufi Band added to the festive atmosphere, while the gathering offered a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with friends and celebrate together. It was a memorable evening that reflected the spirit of unity, cultural pride, and shared celebration.
Marine Parade CC IAEC Deepavali Celebration 2025
The President of BiJhar (Singapore) was honoured to attend the Marine Parade CC IAEC Deepavali Celebration 2025 as a VIP Guest. The event was graced by Mr Goh Pei Ming, Minister of State for the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Social and Family Development, and Advisor to Marine Parade–Braddell Heights GRC, who attended as the Guest of Honour. The celebration brought the community together through vibrant cultural performances, traditional activities, and festive gatherings. It beautifully reflected the spirit of Deepavali, unity, culture, and joy. The event was a meaningful occasion that strengthened community bonds and showcased the richness of shared traditions.
